As for Gruden, it makes no sense to dump him now. They need a complete revamp next year - a tank job. There is so little talent on this team (the only player who got an All-Pro vote (I'm just talking vote; not make All-Pro) was Tress Way, the fucking punter). A mess of a QB situation and they are still picking in the middle of the first round of the draft (as they usually do outside of dumb trade-ups). So if they fire Gruden now, it would be the least desirable opening in the league.

They need to use next year to set up their cap for 2020 and beyond and tank. Then if you want to fire Gruden, fine. In that scenario, it's a much more attractive opening.
