Even if the Vikings lose tonight, they'll still be in the sixth spot

Not sure why that would be justice. That's obviously not going to happen.
Losing Trubisky should never be a reason for them losing. He was god awful last night and did everything in his power to keep the Rams in that game.
The problem with the Bears is that as good as that defense is, it really doesn't travel all that well. But at least they should be able to crush whichever mediocre team backs into the 6th seed in the wild card round.

I am not sold on Trubisky though he was playing with an injury.

Wonder why it took this long to fire McKenzie the Raiders GM?
That is good news or he would have squandered and wasted all of those upcoming 1st round picks on busts.
Then again those picks are not going to be really high picks anymore since the Bears and Cowboys will be in the playoffs.

Penny with another nutty cutback run.
On one of the replays, it looked like there might've been a hole to run through on the left side of the line, but it all worked out.

Kinda like last night's game. I checked the halftime score via the fantasy app, and the top scorer for each team was the defense. That pretty much summed it up.

Not sure why a lot of people here seem to feel that GB is just gonna walk all over the Bears again like they have been in the last decade. That may have been largely true during the Aaron Rodgers era, but the Pack have not exactly been lighting the league on fire this year. In fact, their plays been so off that their long time coach got shit canned. Also, has the Packers even won a single game on the road this year?
The Bears may have been overachievers or even possibly pretenders as I doubt anybody expected them to be anywhere close to a 9-win team prior to the start of the season. But at least they are a team on the uptrend with the potential to possibly get better; while GB seems to be trending the other direction. At the very least, the days of Rodgers curb stomping the sad sack Bears to another easy win is probably over in the near future.

The Vikings are effectively tied with the Panthers, Eagles and Redskins but hold the tiebreaker over all three. I think if any one of these four teams finish 3-0, they are in, but I seriously doubt any of them actually can. On paper, the Skins actually have the easiest remaining schedule, but I'll believe that when I see it considering their QB situation. The Vikings may benefit from a week 17 Bears team that has nothing in particular to play for and rests starters. The Panthers are fucked.

Yeah but Kurt Cousins is the Vikings QB and he has a very poor record vs. teams with a winning record so if that's the case then backdooring it into the playoffs would be the Vikings only option.

I hope the Packers are headed for a decade of rebuilding or longer.
I hated them since the 90's when Favre would knock the 49ers out of the playoffs.

Fran Tarkenton had the same problem so he decided too avoid the defense by moving around in the pocket rather than be a sitting duck.
