I'm hoping for a repeat of the Chiefs-Patriots game from last year on Sunday Night.

That game brings back fond memories of starting rookie Kareem Hunt in my fantasy lineup.

I hope he'll return to the field, but now he has a bone spurt on his other foot.

I still can't believe two west coast teams were sent to London. Totally ridiculous, but I'll be watching.

Will be pulling for KC all year. Hopefully they can be that team to breaks the AFC SB cycle because they figure out how to make the home field advantage work for them for once.

Not ridiculous at all. Oakland is a lame duck at home. It's not a morning game, so not like their fans have to be up by 6:30a to watch. And they both have bye weeks next week.

Yes I forgot to set my lineup and left him in thinking the Pats would stop him and blow out the Chiefs. Lucked out there.

It is strange that game is not a national game since most of the London games are part of a tripleheader with the London game starting around 6:30am PDT.

Maybe it could have been sent to CBS since they have the doubleheader.

Re: 2018 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 6

Grrr, getting screwed out of the Pitt @ Cincy game since the Redskins are on Fox at 1:00PM. That would have easily been the best game that would have aired here at 1:00. I am almost tempted to drive 20 miles to watch it in a bar closer to Baltimore but the in-laws are here.

Both CBS late games are underwhelming as well. Pretty shitty Sunday afternoon lineup altogether.

I actually prefer watching away games at 10:00 Pacfic time, so that's definatley not the issue.

The ridiculous part is having the WC teams travel all the way to Europe without having it be after their bye week.

I'd rather have the bye week after. With the bye week after, both teams in the London game are in the situation and neither is at a disadvantage versus their next appointment. If the bye week was the week before, they'd be at a disadvantage versus their next opponent.

The idea is that the teams could leave far earlier for London given it they would be in the middle of their bye week. Coming back isn't as tough as trying to go though the normal weekly game prep while also having to deal with the 8 hour time difference and travel time.

I would just as well do away with games in Europe given the time difference. Or at least only do them during the pre-season when the games don't count.

While that is technically true, they're not treated like a lame duck at home, drawing over 53,000 for both home games so far in a shitty venue that holds 56,000. Why they continue to have such loyal fan turnout with one foot out the door is totally beyond me.

Has Eli ever played a game where he didn't fumble the ball?

Other than Barkley, this game is awful.
