Re: 2017 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 14

Philadelphia got screwed on their scheduling.Seattle last week and now have to head back to the west coast to play the Rams.

Nathan Peterman will start on Sunday for Bills, but Colts D is just okay.I think I'm going to skip the latter games and finish putting up the xmas lights and go for A bicycle ride.

I don't see that as being screwed. I'd rather have back-to-backs like that than having 2 different long trips. Plus they are doing it right by staying out there.

can't believe they tried to kick that fg, that looked like me trying to do that. not even sure if it had been on target if it would have made it over the bar...from 33 yards! lol

Re: 2017 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 14

Can barely see what's going on in the Buffalo game. Although seeing less of Buffalo is a good thing.
Not exactly the game to show off HD picture quality.

I don't think there'll be any more FG/PAT attempts made in this game.

Wish CTV would just give me a different game instead. I guess I'll be looking for an illegal stream of another game.

I doubt they do it if Vinatieri had not a history of making one. But these conditions are far worse than that playoff game.

No worries about that punt by the Colts skipping into the end zone.

Punts just stick.

These teams need to adjust to that - returners aren't moving up. That's the only way to score.

And they get the PAT. Not sure why you don't try for 2 there.

So far so good for the Chiefs today, I’ll be skeptic until we get to the end of the game if they can still hold on to the lead.

Re: 2017 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 14

I like watching the snow game too as a curiosity, but it's piss-poor football due to the conditions. I know some of you have wanted the Super Bowl to be played in the snow, and praised that the Grey Cup was, but I have no clue why. An entire season of precision passing, running, and blocking is reduced to a shit show that depends on who can keep their footing on a slick surface and just hold on to the ball. No thanks.

I heard they stayed on the West Coast, not that that's a great option either.

Kareem Hunt scored!
First rushing touchdown since week 6, the redzone offense for the chiefs has been mostly field goals, but its only the end of the first half.

I just saw a commercial for Saturday games next week. Are Thursday night games done for the year?

The Raiders are waving the white flag from the assholes. I wonder how long Del Rio gets before he gets the boot? And Carr is looking like a 25 million dollar man. lol!

I stashed him two years in a row and missed him this year because, well, the Browns.
