College Football Week 10, 2017

It's hard to believe it's already week ten. This season has gone by so fast. Anyway, here is the TV listings and schedule for the week.

As a UM season ticket holder, I just have to say yay for night games in November. And yay for rain in the forecast.

This is gonna suck.

Stupid TV contract.

Florida responded well to the head coaching change, getting their asses beat by a terrible Mizzou team.

0-8 Baylor is totally dominating at 1-7 Kansas 28-9 through 3 quarters in the Somebody's-Gotta-Win-A-Conference-Game Bowl.

Iowa +17 looked like easy money with the game in Iowa City and tOSU coming off the Pedo St win. Looks like that is true so far.

tOSU just lost Nick Bosa for targeting and Iowa scores on the next play to take the lead. Bosa is a big loss for tOSU.

Yeah that Bosa loss play was pivotal. They lost him and that penalty kept the Hawkeyes drive alive (TD next play). Plus Iowa gets the ball to start the half. Buckeyes are in big trouble without Bosa at this point.

Georgia only beat an unranked South Carolina team by 14 points. I wonder if that will be enough to keep them at #1?

Coastal Carolina, one of the worst teams in the country, is up 13 @ Arkansas in the 4th

With Saquon Barkley’s last couple of weeks, Baker Mayfield is going to make the Heisman vote interesting.

Loss avoided but no Razorback fan should be happy
Beilema still has to go

Another Big 12 game played between highly ranked teams and their token defenses.

That PI should have either been a no call or offensive

Re: College Football Week 10, 2017

Interesting situation in OK-OKSt.

Ref announces targeting after an interception. Replays show it clearly happened before while the ball was still in the air.

Technically the before/after is not reviewable, but may fall into the "egregious error" category.

Re: College Football Week 10, 2017

Targeting stands, change the call of after to before the interception. HUGE break for Oklahoma State to keep the game alive. Correct call made.

And what do they do with the huge break? Run four terrible plays, gain 2 yards, and turn it over on downs.

Re: College Football Week 10, 2017

So the CFP #5, #6, and #11 gave up 52, 55, and 62 points respectively.

Cream of the crop!
