Unsurprising since there are 6 teams on bye and there's the extra window at 9:30a SUN this week.

Re: 2017 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 8

And both of those late games kind of suck.

Why are the Niners and Raiders both playing at 10am?

Why is the 49ers @ Eagles game at 10am? I thought if you played on MNF you get the late game on Sunday?

Chargers @ Patriots and Bears @ Saints might be the best matchups on Sunday afternoon.

Flacco just got knocked into next week. That was a textbook late hit.

After a nice run of TNF games this year, this one's a dud.

Brutal hit on Flacco, but at least he has the extra time to recover.

What little remaining interest is just to see if Miami can score...

40-0. Wow.

The only thing the Dolphins accomplished was taking Flacco out - even though it made absolutely no difference in the outcome. But if Flacco misses at least 1 game, I'll thank the Dolphins for that.

Holy shit what a beat down.

@WillBrinson: You could drag 22 actual dolphins out of the ocean, tape their fins together and they would do better than the professional Dolphins did.

How was Alonso not ejected for that shit. That was straight up a head shot. He could have seriously fucked Flacco up.

Wow, Steve Smith Sr was pissed at Michael Irvin for making fun of him on air. He looked pissed and threatened to “whoop his ass” when he sees him next.

Video is in link from TNF pregame.

He didn’t look like he was joking. But everyone else thought he was.

Steve Smith never gives the impression that he has a sense of humor.

The most exciting play in the game though it was dirty

NFL is clueless when it comes too making a schedule. Then you wonder why they have tv rating problems.

Why would you have the top two tv markets teams(LA Rams and NY Giants, not counting Chargers or Jets) have the same week off when tv rating's are in the toilet?

Re: 2017 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 8

Maybe Texans @ Seahawks might be a good game but not counting on it.

Bears @ Saints should be a late game.

Week 8 is pretty weak though the MNF and SNF games look decent though if the Steelers get their shit together it might be a rout over the Lions.

That's the Browns I know. Give up 3 with little time left before half, and squander the 2nd half possession with a quick fumble.

Yet the Brits keep paying good money to watch terrible American Football games. God bless them.

I guess no one's watching football today. The Raiders look like their going to lose to Buffalo today. How cold is it in New York?
