Bengals should have won that game.

Packers were missing almost everybody on their O line and the Bengals were sacking him on almost every play.

It is such a crazy stat that I had to look up his OT losses. In overtime today Rodgers took four offense snaps against the Bengals, while he took a total of eleven offensive snaps in all seven previous overtimes combined. In four of the seven losses he did not take the field. In the other three he had a total of six pass attempts, two handoffs (short gains), and was sacked three times.

Scored a defensive TD as well. And Dalton posted a 124.1 QB rating. And just one meaningless turnover (muffed punt as the first half expired).

And the Redskins continue the day of unexpected results, at least so far.

Is this game real or a dream? Somebody pinch me.

Its been a long time since I have seen this kind of play from the Skins D Line.

Chris Thonpson was a beast.

Nothing yet. I think they're targeting breaking ground in early 2018. Still no parking solutions. They apparently scaled back their already-meager on-site parking requirements of 16,000 spaces by a whopping 85%(!). I have no idea how anyone is going to get to a game. I'm thinking more and more of skipping season tickets altogether and just buying secondary market Chiefs tickets annually - in which case I will Uber.

Golden Tate’s TD was overturned 5 yeas to the day after 'catching' the Fail Mary against Green Bay. It's a start.

Re: 2017 NFL Regular Season Thread--Week 3

Yeah, I mean there's a lot of open space all around the Vegas valley. The reason they picked the plot of land they did is because they want not only a Strip view, but to have the stadium actually essentially on the Strip. I get it -- you're in Las Vegas and want to show it off

(FWIW, this view isn't right, it's on the opposite side of the 15, not next door to the Mandalay Bay - this location is currently a golf course which amazingly they are looking at to turn into a parking lot)

, but without any parking or rail transport to the stadium, I seriously have no idea how fans are going to get there. Maybe the casino execs can take a limo there, but the rest of us? No clue.
BTW: T-Mobile Arena, home of the Vegas Golden Knights, is basically located in the bottom right hand corner of that bottom picture

And now it looks like the Raiders are looking at extending their Oakland lease past 2019, just you know, in case...

Re: 2017 NFL Regular Season Thread--Week 3

Was it a coincidence that teams like the Steelers and Raiders who kneeled or did not show up for the anthem got their asses kicked in week 2.

This team, shown protesting the Anthem in London, with their team's owner, upset the Baltimore Ravens and handed them their largest loss ever.

So yes, it was a coincidence.

I follow dallascowboys.com on Facebook, and 9 out of 10 pre-game comments are of the "if Jerry let's any player kneel, I'm done with the Cowboys!" variety.

Cowboys look terrible. It is a miracle we are only down by 7.

It's weird to see an NFL game where the visiting team's fans are so much louder than the home team's fans. At least it's weird in a game where the Chargers aren't playing.

How do you figure? It is clearly louder when Cowboys have ball than when Cards do, which indicates home fans making more noise.
