It's Aztec Warfare 3 on Lucha Underground tonight. One of my favorite gimmick matches every year.

It's sort of like how the Rumble used to be when they actually tried to tell multiple stories in one match.

That was a fun show. I haven't watched LU since the first season ended. But they did a great job of telling a story and making it engaging.

As usual Aztec warfare ends up being one of the best matches of the year.

Damn that sucks about Vader. Really enjoyed his work. One of the best big men ever and may be my personal favorite.

Re: The 2016 Pro Wrestling Thread

Leaving the wwe if this weekend doesn't deliver...and I think the company understands that.

Don't have cable and haven't been watching. But getting everyone involved is a good thing and separating the brands has brought life to survivor series...which has been stagnant since Austin 3:16ed all other that sum bitch.

Wwe, being corporate, will split the bill. Half raw wins n half smackdown so no one feels less than the other. Big cass'll maybe get a big night push? But I havent watched tv. So who knows?

Hoping nxt brings it as always. Naka v joe will be good. Revival v Joey/tomasO will steal the damn year. 30 minute tag match that'll redefine the next wave. Hoping auska goes over...

Wishing upon wishes that Goldberg wins and that Vince puts Lesner in a humble place. Money talks though...maybe I'll buy a Goldberg shirt...

My mother has watched 50 years of days of our lives...please please please set me free Vince.

Re: The 2016 Pro Wrestling Thread

I'm really looking forward to Takeover tonight, I'm hoping they give the tag title match 45 minutes. The only match I'm really looking forward to tomorrow is the Lesnar/Goldberg match. I think the 20 man and women's matches in particular will be awful, and I'm not looking forward to the start of Lesnar/McMahon at all.

Re: The 2016 Pro Wrestling Thread

Can someone tell me why after 2 years the network still doesn't work right? I select start from beginning and it works fine until the live broadcast ends and then it kicks me out of the show. Then I can't watch it until they upload it or something.

Re: The 2016 Pro Wrestling Thread

DIY Vs. The Revival was clearly the best match of the night. Having followed Gargano & Ciampa for a long time through the Indies, it was great for them to get that moment.

The 'big' entrances for Roode & Nakamura were hilarious. Why hire an entire choir or 9 violin players if you are just going to Milli Vanilli the entire thing?

Re: The 2016 Pro Wrestling Thread

The Revival are really good. They'll never amount to anything on the main roster but they will be the stepping stone team in NXT for a while. They can seriously go in the ring.

Re: The 2016 Pro Wrestling Thread

If anyone got the offer for the free 4 months of the network, it expires tomorrow so be sure to nab it tonight.

I loved Aztec Warfare this week. Not a big fan of the winner but the show is too good for that to make me stop watching.

You know, that Zayn / Miz match could have been a lot better but, I will admit, that was a unique ending (thought they were going for another reference to the Montreal Screwjob)

I hate Survivor elimination matches. They always get eliminated in stupid ways that would never happen in a regular match.

Proof positive that they will wrestle again, at least once more.

Show ended extremely early. Makes you wonder if that was a last second decision.
