Was very impressed with Maryland freshman Melo Trimble. He broke Joe Smith's scoring record for a freshman with 31. He had very nice court presence. Offense was very smooth.

Wojo off to a great start at Marquette. Lost to Nebraska-Omaha the other night, just took the lead at home with 5 minutes left against the New Jersey Institute of Technology

I called it a night at halftime of the SDSU/BYU game. Planned to delete the rest of the recording this morning, but now it looks like I need to watch the rest of it. Hope my hour of padding was enough.

That would have been a really ugly loss for the Bison to a terrible UMES team (they got blown out last night at Toledo in the Legends sub-regional). Were up 15 at the half, were down 4 with under 30 secs left, but somehow pull it out for the W. This team cannot deal with a press D.

I see Weber brought his end of game offense of dribble and pass along the perimeter before throwing up a prayer at the buzzer that never goes in with him to K-State.

Sweet win by the Terps. Freshmen were huge -- played like upperclassmen and they needed it, since Dez was all over the place.

Way too early, but looks like a tourney team to me. Finally have a point guard and weeded out the low IQ players that have plagued this team in recent years.

I'm glad that San Diego St. advanced to the finals of the Maui along with Arizona. It's been a fun rivalry the past few years between the schools so I'm glad they can renew it with that title on the line.

Big win for Butler to continue the Big East's strong start to the year, but the officiating was brutal in this game. Also North Carolina has way too much size to give up so many offensive rebounds, and looked lost offensively.

I think Josh Smith from G-Town put on even more weight since last year. Good god - he's a truck out there. Can't imagine what he would do at a Thanksgiving meal.

Gotta take the jumper there, G'town. Hated the TO and then throwing into the backcourt with only 13 on the shot clock.
