It is that time again. I'm setting up the leagues.

the H2H and points leagues are live. emails have gone out to the teams that were signed up last year. i will give until the 1st week of march to sign up for returning members. if you don't sign up by then, i open it up to everyone here and your spot could be lost.

FYI, the 1st games are March 22nd/23rd (Dbacks//Dodgers in Australia). i set the drafts before that, but if people want to skip those games for scoring purposes and push the drafts after that, i'm open to it as long as there is a majority agreement.

H2H league drafts March 15th at 3pm MST
Points league drafts March 14th at 5pm MST

Further FYI, I see that if we decide to do H2H draft after the 22nd/23rd games, the 1st week of all MLB games won't count. For the points league, only those games wouldn't count. Take that into consideration if we decide we want to switch the draft dates around.

Got the invite, but I'm going to pass this year. Don't have the extra time to change lineups daily this year.

Definitely think it's a good idea to draft before those opening 2 games.

I am in the mindset to agree, but I wanted to make sure everyone is ok with that, since there's like another week+ of spring training after that.

That's what I get for checking the e-mail on my phone, and then forgetting to actually sign up when in front of a computer. Pretty sure this will be the first time since 2002 or so I haven't been in the DVDTalk league. On the brightside, I'm crazy busy at my new job and probably wouldn't be great about changing lineups so I'd probably lose even worse than I typically do. Best of luck guys.

Holy shit. I had to auto draft tonight because it was my brothers last night of pre deployment leave and Yahoo drafted zero, yes, zero closers for my team. How is that even possible?
