I will if the LA market ever gets any games called by Spero Dedes. He used to do radio for the Lakers. The #7 team will get all the shitty games.
great another season of Phil "Cure for Insomnia" Simms, probably the most boring person on sports TV

Nantz is also very annoying to me. Mix those two together and you have an absolutely unlistenable crew. Lucky me as I get stuck with those two assclowns for around 80% of the games that are broadcast in my state.

Von Miller got suspended for six games for turning in a diluted urine sample. DJ Williams got suspended last year for a similar thing. Except he provided the NFL with non human urine samples.

Interesting. Cards sign Dan Carpenter to compete with Jay Feely. The thought of Dan Carpenter's leg in a dome here is crazy.

Sean Lee has agreed to a six-year extension with the Dallas Cowboys worth $42 million, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. The inside linebacker's contract include escalators that could bump him up to $8.5 million per season. Lee was in the last year of a rookie contract that will pay him $630,000 in base salary this season.
Sean Lee is a stud. I just hope he can stay healthy.

Maybe it’s time to re-think the whole “America’s Team” thing.

Because suddenly, the Bengals have become media darlings. Yes, the Bengals.

Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer points out that in addition to their Hard Knocks stardom, the Bengals are also drawing the A-team announcers for each of their first three games.

CBS is sending Jim Nantz and Phil Simms to their Sept. 8 opener at Chicago. That’s followed by a Monday game against the Steelers on ESPN. The Sept. 22 game against the Packers will draw Fox’s top crew of Joe Buck and Troy Aikman.

It probably doesn't have anything to do with the fact that they are playing against 3 of the most popular and storied franchises in NFL history.

Jonathan Cooper breaks his leg in the cards game tonight and is likely out for the season. Fuuuuuuuck. They can't catch a break with high draft picks the past few years.

I really hope they don't do this since I don't trust the reliability of it (at this point in time) and online is simply slower (the feed and ability to flip around games) and inferior in terms of picture quality.

Now a Google or YT partnership with a TV provider (like DirecTV)....that I could see. Just give me a TV option (though preferably DTV and definitely not Comcrap).
