Cards release Todd Heap. it's too bad. Hometown guy was hoping to have a few good years at the end of his career here, but he's been nothing but a disappointment. Missed nearly half of the games.

Like I do with all MNF games - I had the TV on mute last night.
what's funny is that a couple of weeks ago Trent Green did his weekly spot on sports radio here and the host was giving Gruden shit...Trent said exactly this. He has heard from insiders at ESPN that they've asked him to be more critical but he intends to return to coaching and doesn't want to ruffle any feathers...suggested he may be coaching as soon as next year. I would love him to take a job somewhere just to get him off my fucking TV.

Holy hell. ESPN is doing a countdown of RG3's greatest plays this season, and number 8 was last nights fumble, citing it as "RG3's falling flip pass to Josh Morgan".

Are you fucking kidding me?

As if things couldn't get any worse for the Cardinals, Darnell Dockett apparently spit in Kerry Rhodes' face during their latest loss. Has any team started out 4-0 and ended up 4-12? Their final four are against Seattle, Detroit, Chicago and SF, which should all be tough matchups, although SF might be resting a few guys in the final game. Then again, that I hear they have a pretty decent backup QB.

RG3 willed the Wizards to victory over the Heat by his mere presence.

As if their quarterback play wasn't bad enough. The NY sports radio shows have given a lot of attention to Ryan Lindley this week. I haven't seen him play but some wonder whether he is the worst QB in recent memory to start a game. Some suggesting that he should try to throw with his other arm as it can't be any worse.

When did the Redskins drop Grant? Is Helu ok now? Or were they ok with just Royster as the backup to Morris?

I thought Helu was on IR. Keiland Williams is 3rd on the depth chart.
