Oh god, please let the Bears figure out a way to stop the Lions and not blow this game!

I agree, especially since it will probably take that many to win the rubber match (third game at Atlanta in about 10 months).

First Lions home game on Monday night in 10 years. Looking forward to it. Hopefully the Lions show up for both halves of this game this week.

Pulling for both the Lions and the Bills. The Bills have always been my AFC team, and since my Vikings have entered the Andrew Luck sweepstakes, I'd love to see the Lions knock off the Packers for the NFCN.

He'll throw one just for you. He'll make a guest appearance at a game, look in the camera on the sidelines and say 'hey ravens56706', an INT is coming right up' and then walk off the field and continue on with his bye week and you'll get all moist.

Glad to see this!

Hated the song every since it has been around. His rant about his rights clearly showed he has no idea what he is talking about and I am glad they let him go.

There's alot of people who think the Raiders will make it a tough game against the Texans...obviously I'm biased, but the Texans have beaten the Raiders the last two seasons even without AJ in both games (including one in Oakland last year). They also have an awful defense that won't be able to stop us. Our defense may give up a a few big plays, but we'll cause enough turnovers for it not to matter.

Re: 2011 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 5

Just got my Packer season ticket waiting list update postcard in the mail today.

Realized I am 319 spots closer to the top than I was in 2010!

Realized I am on pace to get tickets for my 148th birthday!

So Nike is providing the NFL with uniform next year instead of Reebok. So there will be a massive clearance on Reebok jerseys next year.

Just wait until the franchise hits a dry spell. Then you'll rocket up the charts. Just like in the 80s when they couldn't sell out the place.

The defense is just terribly inconsistent so far. Now while I am a Raiders fan, I do think it'll be a tough, close game. This is also a different Raider team than even last year. My main worry is Foster busting passed the d line, cause if he does he'll elude both our linebackers and db's most likely. That along with the Texans appearing to have a great pass rush, hopefully the surprisingly strong Raider O line does well.

Lambeau Field has been sold out on a season ticket basis since 1960. Considering they still had 10,000 names on the list even through the '80s and I'm in the 30,000's now, it would take a long, long dry spell.
