Re: 2011 NFL Regular Season Thread -- Week 5

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I have been following all 4 Philly sports teams since the early 80's, and I can't remember a worse weekend. To have two 'dreams' implode in front of our face was enough to make fans like me want to jump off the Ben Franklin Bridge.

Although the Flyers are 2-0 to start the season

They usually wait until May to implode.

Loving the Lions this season. I'm gonna bet that Cutler leaves injured before it's over.

It's one thing for Megatron to just burn you with his size, but getting behind you like that is just bad.

Nice tribute to AC but someone tell Berman that he should stop trying to speak French.

Holy penalties Batman! God the Bears looked pathetic tonight. Cutler actually played decently, but his o-line and defense were terrible. What happened to our defense? It's basically the same guys from last year, but they look like shit this year. At this rate, we are going to end up last in our division.

I doubt it, the Bears will defeat the Vikings next week and the Vikings will be in last place in the division, the Vikings are worse than the Bears
