I agree about the Angelina Love comment. She seems somewhat unnatural now, or moreso than she did I guess. I wonder if Russo has full charge of writing for the Knockouts, as the stories seems such with their inconsistencies (Angelina is a zombie, except when she doesn't want to be, I guess...)

I didn't like how they offered no reason why she's suddenly not a zombie now, although I did notice a few times she seemingly forgot to not act it. I've never thought Angelina was hot - always been a fan of Velvet.

I also really enjoyed Joker Sting. Someone in the past thread mentioned that he's playing the part well, and that's very true.

I haven't watched TNA since Jan or Feb. I was wondering if anyone could answer a couple of questions. What is Flair up to these days? Are there any clips of the Joker Sting to watch? I'm very interested in seeing what you guys are talking about. Thanks.

Here's the moment that I think introduced us to the new and improved "Joker Sting" sans makeup:

And here are some of Joker Sting's crazy antics (with his new crazed makeup!):

Impact was really a split show this week. The crowd was AWFUL, but that's what you get when most of them are tourists and not fans. Devon getting multiple chants against Joe?
I agree on Angelina, she looks like a washed up ex-pornstar. It doesn't help putting her next to Winter, whom I absolutely adore. Impact did sell me on Destination X though, and given my other PPV options this month that wasn't easy. I'm still considering getting UFC tonight, and I'd really like to see how WWE handles the finish of Punk/Cena, but giver their track record, I figure they'll fuck it up.

Thanks for the videos. I can't say I like Sting that way. I guess i'm just used to seeing him play The Crow Sting for all of those years, this just doesn't do it for me.

Maybe someone here with some photoshop talent can put together a "The Many Faces Of Sting" collage ... to show us the evolution of Steve Borden over the years.

As far as Punk's promo goes, he said something about breaking the 4th rule. Does anyone know what that is?

He said "breaking the fourth wall". It's a common term in entertainment where a character does something that acknowledges it's a work of fiction.

Hogan really needs to reinvent himself again. The NWO thing was cool in the 90's and now I would love to see him shave the rest of his head, grow an all black goatee, grow his chest hair back, get a few more tatoo's, and maybe drop about 30 pounds so his body would look more like Randy Orton does.
It's a risk, but I really feel that it would pay off

you do realize Hogan is probably 30 years older than Orton? and you expect him to look like Randy Orton? He cant just close his eyes and say "Orton's body" and be magically transformed.

I'm definitely buying Destination X as well. This will only be my second TNA/Impact PPV, but I have faith that it'll be worth the cash.

and Punk apologizes (he used the word Homo and TMZ picked it up) via twitter
I'm glad TMZ posted that video because everybody needs to be held accountable for their bullshit, me included. What I said was bullshit. I'm embarrassed. I own up to being a total douche in this situation and I offer a sincere apology to anybody I hurt with careless words.

wouldn't be surprised if he was forced/required to, but he put his own spin on it

I alway thought it meant that the character was acknowledging there's an audience. I.e. giving a wink and a nod to the audience when he's not supposed to know they are there.

As a heel, I don't think he should be apologizing to anyone, but that's the pusssy ass world we live in.

What TMZ and anyone who is offended SHOULD do is buy a ticket to his next match and root for him to lose.
