Hamels killed me last night in fantasy. He can't beat the Mets. So annoying.

Same, as did Bumgardner (Support SD but know how they struggle against left-handed pitching which is why I played that match-up). I figure O.K., CC will at least salvage a part of the day but then it seemed like Joe decided "Nah, let's screw anxi80 all the way!"

This Wilson Ramos kid for the Nationals sure looks like the real deal. He's hitting .500 so far on the young season.

If I was really wanting to stir things up, I would have bumped the thread from last July.

He's not bad, as he is very likeable guy and was a fan favorite here. I just wonder how hard it will be for him to be critical of the team if they are losing, because he was teammates with most of these guys. Ricky Bottalico is the other postgame analyst, and he is good because he doesn't pull punches on criticizing any of the players since he has hasn't played for the Phils since 2001.

Thanks.

He was talking about it on the radio here. Sounds like he's still hoping to get a shot to play somewhere this year, but that's a long shot. I'll have to catch a game while the ticket is free.

And for those who thought the Mariners offense was bad last year:

The Rays have now scored a grand total of 7 runs in 5 games and have yet to have more than 5 hits in any game. Neil Walker has driven in more runs than the entire Rays team.

The Rays lose again. 0-5 and they only scored one run again. They may be giving seats away this season. Hell at least you get out of the heat and into the AC for a game. It's better than nothing.

This white sox bullpen is driving me insane. Another day, another blown save. Thornton's first save opportunity is a bust.

Kudos to the offense for the late inning comeback plating 4 against Soria.

He started last season the same way. Look me up in August.

Sale on again, maybe he can redeem himself.

He pitched over an error which caused a first and third with one out situation so that's a plus. Sox pick up three in the top of the 12th. Please let that be enough!

Giants just put 3 runs on the board in the 1st against the Padres.

That's ball game.

Re: MLB Wednesday April 6, 2011

That's a big 12-inning win for the White Sox. Not sure how the team would have handled getting beat in extras after clawing back to go ahead in the 9th. Nice gritty effort.

Going to the home opener tomorrow vs. TB. My gut tells me it's going to be hard to put them to 0-6 with Price on the bump but we'll see. Quentin is having a great week.
