I wonder if Mike Singletary will drop his pant on the sideline after the Niners poor performance during the game.

Wow, just a week ago the Raiders' DeAngelo Hall was talking smack about giving his former team (Falcons) hell in the coming game. Then he gets owned. Then he gets fired. The Raiders must have really disliked this goofball.

One can only help. So long as he continues to confront Vernon Davis on his lack of consistency and respect, he can play in a George Costanza-esque "bodysuit" for all I care...

Well, that and win.

(I believe that, if nothing else, the team will present themselves as a more unified front. I feel that they will, dare I say it, play like an actual team. With real passing action and everything!)

Best week of the year for me. Shitty Bucs are off of my TV and we get 3 pretty good games to boot.

Thank God Bryant Gumbel is gone. This is actually a pretty good production.

What was it Brandon Marshall pulled out of his pants before Jackson stopped him from getting a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct after the last touchdown?

Apparently a half back, half white glove.

What a fuckin idiot. He's lucky his teammates were smarter than him. He would have cost his team 15 yards on the kickoff.

Agreed. I'll never understand how some athletes don't think about the fact that their actions can lose games. I saw his reasoning on ESPN (a tribute to Obama), but that doesn't mean you have to be a dumbass and get penalized. I wonder if he's pissed off at Stokley for stopping him?

Nice to see the return of some more traditional stuff in the NFL:
1) Bengals in last place
2) Browns losing a heartbreaker at home to Denver

Wow. The AFC West sucks ass.

A couple more days until the Eagles spank the Giants.

Judging from stats only because I didn't see the game but that Brady Quinn kid sure seemed impressive.

Jets have St. Louis this week. SHOULD be an easy victory. NE vs. Buffalo means that a win keeps the Jets in the top 2 in the division.
