Worst draw for the Devils....they have played the Rangers horridly this year. Marty in net gives them a shot, but the Rangers definitely seem to have the edge.

Even though I am a Wings fan, I've got San Jose over New Jersey for the Cup.

I think I'd rather just lose 2-0 than coming back and losing in OT. Stinking Sakic

That hand on the puck in the crease was a goal.

Not exactly how I pictured my first playoff game to go. The 2 1st period goals by the Flames took a lot of the energy out of the crowd, which was crazy loud at the beginning.

Oh well. We'll get em tomorrow.

Edit: Kipper was definitely on his game tonight, which has me worried for the rest of the series.

Puck was loose in the crease, Keith Carney covered the puck with his hand but in doing so, pushed the puck over the goal line and then back out. They reviewed it but just awarded the penalty shot.

It seems he took the puck off his helmet and still ended up with a nasty gash from the impact. A couple inches lower and who knows what might have happened....

Sharks need this game badly. They better not come out as flat as this did last night. We barely got to wave our towels.

Pom poms tonight! Or I think just one pom pom. So is that just a pom?
