I'll probably try to score some cheap tickets for the Tampa regional.

It's so frustrating living in an area that doesn't care about college basketball. So far I've tried a few sports bars and none are opening early to show the first games on Thursday and Friday and the local CBS affiliate isn't multicasting all the games.

Reminds me of 2002 when Duke had to play Indiana in Rupp Arena (Kentucky Wildcats' home). Coach K whined before the game that playing there was at a disadvantage to Duke players.

Boy, was he right. Bunch of Kentucky fans cheered for Indiana that night, and guess who went home?

If Jason Williams could have hit a foul shot or 2, all would have been good for Coach K. God I loved that game.

Rick Barnes has a lot of nerve. Texas has been given more plum locations that they didn't merit in the last 6 years, so yeah, STFU.

How many Arkansas fans are going to be at the arena anyhow? They aren't playing there. Texas and Arkansas were both sent to Dallas in '06 when I went to see the Bucknell game. Texas didn't play until the evening session so there were no Texas fans in the building.

I'm keeping my eyes peeled for them. You can also check your CBS affiliate website. Some post their game schedule on it. I've also e-mailed mine in the past and gotten a response on the schedule.

Needless to say, I'm over my first MM with DirecTV.

Doug "Shorts on Backwards" Gottlieb was just on local KC radio and is always enjoyable to listen to however I had quite forgotten that he had that nickname until he was glossed with it on a KU message board.

Well it looks like my local affiliate will be showing Notre Dame vs. George Mason in the late slot Thursday instead of Arizona vs. West Virginia.

This was a very entertaining half of basketball. I'm not sure Musburger and Lavin noticed between their discussion with Roy Williams, jazz music, and previewing the tournament.

I certainly hope so. That's right. I bet on the play-in game.

Congrats to The Mount. Never should have been required to win this game, but you took care of business. Enjoy the trip to Raleigh.

Unfortunately, somebody had to lose - sorry, Coppin for missing out on real Dancing, but heaven forfend there are 33 at-larges rather than 34.

I wish I hadn't bet on it much like I wish I hadn't bet on the MEAC final.

I've been sitting on a bonus that needs to rollover for a while now, so I figured I may as well waste it here. I may need to roll it over one more time before I can cash out, so CBI, here I come!

Maybe they shouldn't be in a PI game, but they would have been 16th anyway. At least this way they can say they have a NCAA tournament win, something they wouldn't have been able to say otherwise.

If I ever hear Musburger say "one and done" again, I'm going to kill someone.

I doubt they consider this a tournament win. I wouldn't.
