Two weeks ago I would have said this was going to be a good series between the Yanks and the Mariners. However, since Seattle has lost NINE in a row, I'm thinking it won't be that great.

Same here. I thought/hoped things would be kinda reversed.

Hitting the Last Channel button a lot this afternoon: NYY/SEA on YES, and The Return Of Pedro on SNY......

Yeah, don't count Seattle out. The Yankees are not the model of consistency these days.

Mets/Reds are on here. But then again most Reds games are, hehe.

I'm starting to think we all need to get that slingbox thing so we can all share.

Agreed that today is pretty much dead for sports (Tennis seems to be the big thing)

Oh, and the Reds are 22-6 in the games Harang has started. For the non-believers, this is more proof of the importance of pitchers.

He's 14-3 on a team that is 13 games under .500.

(with that he is most likely jinxed for today, but still...)

Yup....he just left down 6-3....

Alou cost Pedro a couple runs (he was only charged with 2 of the 3 runs), but he is getting them back on offense. Pretty decent start for Pedro, at least the Met's bats are helping him out.

Pedro is in line for the W.

Time to cheer Texas Tech onto a blowout victory (by more than 10 pts hopefully!).

And the losing streak begins. Not to mention a bit of wild card anxiety. No sweep for the Yanks this week (until they get swept, anyway!).

The pathetic Phillie Phade has begun. Same thing happened the last time the Phils got within 2 of the Mets.
