I like the way Tito said Dice-K could be caught up by the big stage...

Meanwhile, A-Rod perfects his golf swing..

Matsuzaka still hitting 97 on the gun.

Changing speeds in the same pitch slot. That's nasty.

God, if Giambi ever decided to go the other way he'd be hitting over .300 easily. They play him to pull and pitch him away. He should go the other way once in a while.

According to the Boston Globes blog, ESPN's radar is 3mph faster than the stadium. Not sure why that is.

Pettitte warming up in the pen. What the hell is this?

Don't tell me that a Bos-Yanks game in April doesn't mean anything.

Willy Mo Pena looked awful in that AB. Question for all baseball fans: Is he going to be one of those guys you look back on and wonder what he COULD have been? He doesn't get the AB's and I think he presses when he gets playing time. He's only 25 I realize, but there's so much hype about him and I just don't see him producing.

I have him in a dynasty league and I'm thinking of trading him, that's one of the main reasons I ask.

Yanks up 5-4. Stupid double play or it could have been better.

Torre must still be high from 4/20. That's the only logical explanation for why he's bringing in Pettite.

I just wouldn't want to take the chance of putting him out there and having an injury occur. Our starting rotation isn't exactly rock solid right now.

Torre must really be concerned with that bullpen, not only is he trying to blow that out, now he's doing it to Pettite.

I like it.

Say what you want about Dice K but he's looked nasty against AROD and Abreu etc. I can't say any of the yankee starters can look that way, even the hurt ones. Well maybe Pavano

I'll give the yankees credit for getting timely hits when men are on base, if the red sox did any of that so far this game they would have a decent lead, they're 0-7 or 0-8 I think.

Nice. Well, now the Yanks trail.

9 pitch inning for Pettite, not really worried about that blowing out his arm.

Maybe the Yanks should bring in Rivera to stop the bleeding, and appease the fans.

Standing O anyone?
