I'm so psyched. But I'm so scared, worrying about my favourite teams losing my favourite players. Not the place to go into depth here; I basically just wondered if there were many otters into hockey.

No, it's *not* the wrong forum. The question wasn't addressed to sports fans in general. I specifically wanted to know who, amongst the otters, enjoyed hockey. It would be kind of like posting "Which otters in here enjoy reading?" You know? That wouldn't exactly go in the book forum, because it clearly specifies that the poster wants to know who -- in here, where the otters are -- likes to read.

I guess that doesn't make sense to very many besides me. Screw it.

And I love the 'habbies. Not many down here in Texas do. Not many hockey fans in Texas in general, except for Stars fans. After looking over the schedule, we are tentatively planning on going to Dallas to see the Stars play the Sharks once, Red Wings twice, and the Lightnin'... I think our first game is October 5th-ish, gonna be the Kings. Can't wait.

Covered up men skating around an ice rink... You can't even see their ass through all that padding. I'll pass thanks.

Well, you either get it or you don't.
(Absolutely no offense to you, Rose; you do have an extremely valid point there...)

Go Stars.

Although I am pretty bitter about the missed season. I know I'll watch this year, but they all suck... the owners and the players.

So yeah, fuck the NHL... but I'll still cave and watch.

hangs head in shame

Why? They're both not hockey.

And I've been damned to hell already for stuff a lot worse than this.

I'd damn you to hell yourself but I reckon you already got your ticket as well, plus sfsdfd is getting tired of hearing from the whiners and having to email me to be nice.

So why wasn't this thread orignally in the sports forum if it was sports related? What's next, starting a thread in Other asking if anyone liked video games?

Because the NBA sucks monkey balls, while the NFL does not...To include the NBA in any category alongside the NFL is insulting. to me anyway....and Red Dog.

You're still here? I was hoping you'd taken my advice in the thread about prescription meds over in the otter farm.
