DVDTalk Fantasy Football Money League time....

UPDATE:

People who have paid:
kvrdave OWNS you (as far as you know)
Springfield Atoms
The Original Whizzinators
The Habs
Quasi (I'll look up the FF name later)
Hanging Chads
Gmal's crackheads
igotmotts
Nashville Automatons
Brutal Juice
bOLOGNE PONY
Fumbleers
Dabaomb Squad
Brizzly Bears

Time to be thinking of this, and we have had a lot of fun the past 4 or 5 years. Below is the information about the league. Nothing is set in stone yet, other than the fact that it is $20 to play, 16 teams max, and we pay the top 3 teams.

Now a little history. The first two years of this, we didn't pay money to play. I easily won both times. So I gets to thinkin'...."Hey, if this was for money, I would have money at the end of this" because I'm a smart guy. I haven't won since, though I think I do have a 3rd place under my belt.

Here is the main discussion. The draft always sucks ass. It takes a long time, and it takes a buttload of my time and I haven't had near the time I use to because of the real estate market. Pity me.

I would really like to find a day when we could have a live yahoo draft.

Anyway, sign up and send me money. Don't need to send it until about a week before the draft.

I'll be back to defend my title. Since I've now used up my beginner's luck, I'm expecting a rough year this time. Sign me up as "Hanging Chads".

BTW I'm fine with either type of draft.

Could the 1 point per reception be lowered? A FB catches 6 passes for 50 yards it's 8 points, if Randy Moss catches 3 passes for 140 yards it's 8 points.

I'm back in as well. New team name is The Fumbleers (only because it sounded funny and I forgot which team I used last year )

We can certainly consider it. These are just the stats that we have always used. It does make a rb that catches a lot very valuable.

I support our commissioner's decision, but I say leave it in.

Count the Springfield Atoms in. Haven't been in this one for a few years now, I've usually been in the free DVDTalk leagues.

don't bother clicking on the link. Just go to the yahoo fantasy football home page and join a custom league. Enter the league number (252961) and password (kvrdave).

4 spots left...
