Let's do a DVDTalk NFL Mock Draft!

Its simple, 32 of us pick a team (or if there isnt enough we can pick more than one team) and do a mock draft.

Example:lets say _______ chooses San Fran. ______ picks who they feel SF will draft or who they think they should draft and so on.

I'll take the Lions at # 10.

We can come up with a consensus time to do it (obviously before Saturday and not on Friday night).

Who's in?

I think we should each take at least 2 teams. There is no way there's gonna be 32 people involved in this.

If we take 2 teams, I take Washington.

in past seasons.. i believe pretty much every team got taken in the dvdtalk mock draft
and if some people end up having to take 2 teams.. its better to chose the 2nd team later.. because taking a 2nd team off the board now, discourages people from getting in, that wanted that team.

Good points. I say we wait as well. I assume you'd take Washington's earlier pick then EL. BTW, whats your team twikoff?

Well I'd take Washington if they're available. Question though, are we trying to draft how the team would or how we think they team should?

Does Cusm also have the Vikings 2nd pick (#18)? If not, I'll take that pick. Otherwise I'll take Chicago at #4.

Also, #25 now belongs to Washington - they traded with Denver today. So Jericho also has the #25 if we are picking teams and not draft picks.

I'll take the Bears ( don't know enough about the other teams to lay claim to a second team)

Edit: Never mind, PeMo beat me by 2 minutes.

I was deciding between Chicago and Dallas anyways, so you can take Chicago. I'll take Dallas' two picks.

That seems to make the most sense to me, so I edited the list accordingly. But this is not my gig, (nor do I want to exert much effort here), so whatever you all decide is fine by me.

Are we supposed to pick who we would take? Or should we take who we think the team will get?

If we are supposed to go by what we think the team will do I will trade my pick for a pez dispencer and a bottle of diet soda... I will get more production out of those than the fins got out of there 1st rounder last year...

I'm in. Since Chicago is taken, I'll take either Tennessee or Carolina or both if nobody wants them.

You have the Titans. Following the twikoff suggestion, we'll wait on the Panthers.
