6 runs in 3 games for the Braves, that's gotta change. Good thing they're playing the Mets this weekend.

I think I'm getting laid off, so it's beer and baseball for the rest of the day for me.

And crack. Sweet, precious crack.

That's the way the tables are set up on ESPN. The reference to /whatever, is looking for the top domain(ESPN), and they would be an absolute pain to remove. Oh who am I kidding, I can't even get them to not screw up the thread layout, even WITH twikoffs instructions

Probably Monday - gives them a good week to decide who should be on the ballot.

I am (was?) a field product trainer for a major tech company (contracted through a third party marketing firm). Since I don't work in an office, I found out on a conference call. The VP of the firm told us, "The company is going to continue to do fantasically under our new employment strategy. You're all fired." Okay, maybe that's not an exact quote, but close enough. To make matters worse, I have to continue to travel until the bitter end, attempting to get one of a very few positions with our parent company/client along the way.

And the main problem with working from home is that I have no office to angrily open fire in.

Screw it! The beer is cold, and the EI is free (for now)! But who was the rotten bastard who scheduled all the night games?

Thats sucks, Mad Dawg.

Now I'm not telling you what you should do, but lets just say you would be a shoe-in for one of those positions if everyone else applying for it was brutally murdered and buried in a shallow grave.
