Its Trivia Time Again!

been awhile since we had a trivia thread
its a slow saturday so far..

so lets give it a shot..

Rules:
1. dont flood with guesses
2. wait for the person to answer the question, to ackowledge your answer, before proceeding.
3. after asking a question.. you must wait for least 1 more question before answer.. to keep from having the same 2 people going back and forth
4. lets try to stick with the 4 major sports (baseball, basketball, football, hockey).. and if you go with a college question, try not to make it too obscure.
5. after 10 different people have unsuccessfully tried to answer a question. the question goes unanswered.. and a new question can be asked (by whoever posts a question first)

lets start it off with an easy one:

Who was the #1 pick in the 2004 NFL draft?

I ran out of Tom Brady trivia from the last thread.

In 1971, 5 different active baseball players had over 500 homeruns, which is a record. Who were they?

Running this out there:

Aaron, Mays, Robinson, Killibrew... and Banks? (know the first 4. Not sure on the 5th, since he either retired in 70 or 71)

Good enough for me.

Next question: What NFL team has the highest overall winning percentage (regular season) in history?

(note: What I'm asking is not the best single season. It's the best overall historical winning percentatge for any team)

Nope.

Here's a hint that'll cut the possibilities in half... it's a team that started out in the AFL.

Yeah, I'm sure no one ever looks up a trivia answer.

No on the Raiders and no on the Patriots.

One more wrong guess and I'll throw out another couple of hints.

Not Denver.

Three more hints:

The team in question has not had a losing season since 1988.

The team in question has been to 5 Super Bowls, with two victories.

The team in question has only had 4 head coaches in its history.

Do you happen to love this team and do you want to have its babies?

Oakland is #2 overall (.592)... Chicago, Cleveland (including AAFC stats) and Dallas are tied at .578

Of course.

C'mon. You people should've known that me asking a Dolphins-related question was more predictible than Patriot boy asking a Brady question.

A word of caution: Use your Miami trivia sparingly. I used all my Brady questions all in 1 thread. The same could happen to you!!
