MLB Rest days

Has anyone figured out how to find out which players are scheduled to rest on which days. When are the line-ups usually announced? Me and my fantasy league team thank you in advance.

Doesn't Bonds usually rest on a day game following a night game?

Oh, and the Seattle Mariners offensive players rest on all days ending in "Y".

Catchers rest on a day game after a night game usually.

Other than that its just a guess I think. Lineups are announced like 15 minutes before game time.

I think they're announced a little earlier than that most of the time.

Not necessarily a full rest day, but if the Red Sox think they're going to have a lot of runners in scoring position they tend to rest at the plate.

if you're a Red Sox follower, Jason Varitek commonly is off on days where Tim Wakefield is pitching

And of course there is the lefty-right resting. You'll often see top lefty hitters rested against say Randy Johnson, although these are extreme examples.
