Jesus christ man, do you have to be so freaking cryptic!
You already guessed Scorcho (and I said you got it half right), now who do you think would be the other half of the Terrible Twosome?

Hint: It's okay to be self-centered once in a while.

I didn't guess anything on purpose. I was relaying a story back from 2001 when ES and I were in the Imperial Palace sports book watching Game 5 of the NL Divisional series. I was going all crazy in the sportsbook and people were looking at me funny.

BTW, thanks. I'd watch a game with you too, even though you are a Cardinals fan.

Boy, oh boy. I'd have to have a liver transplant.

* Scorch
* Def
* chrisih8u
* DarkElf sans calculator or abacus
* Mordred and a cooler at the Saltlick...if they had TVs there.
* Y2K minus the Prior cheering
* B.A., especially if we were watching a replay of Jorge Orta beating out the infield single in Game 6 of the '85 series
* twikoff and das, so we can opine over Dale Murphy's chances for the Hall
* Definitley Bushie, Bust, Quake, and wabio. Baseball's more fun when everyone in the room isn't pushing for the same team. And after watching Game 7 with a bunch of Yankees fans, I think my immune system can take it.

Whatcha doing Tuesday? I already have a ticket for the Prior/Clemens matchup on Monday, but I was planning on seeing Tuesday night's game as well.

Cool. I don't think I have anything going on. That'll be Zambrano/Miller.

M-D, YGM.

I need contact info soon though, as I'm leaving Monday, late morning, and won't have internet access.

Well, I've had a beer with Y2K and TDD, but I'd enjoy a brew with my fellow cycling fans... BDB, Quake, etc.

We're going to have something to talk about in another few weeks.

It's funny I don't consider myself a regular, yet because of my love of cycling and soccer, I am counted as a regular for those.

So of course I'd have with dave y2k and quake for the grand tours.

and wildcatlh for liverpool games. Quake gets another nod, for his liking the soccer.

and I have actually been to a red sox game with El Scorcho..

Yeah, I suck.

While I enjoy most, if not all, of the people on this forum - I have to say it would be an absolute pleasure to sit with the College Football crew. These guys know their stuff, can talk about college football intelligently, and they simply bring it every fall Saturday without fail. Hell - das, brizz and pharoh are fans of the three teams I hate the most (ND, MSU, and OSU), and yet I love reading their posts and getting their insight each week.

I can't wait for the fall.

Indeed it is, been a good couple of months.

Giro, then Euro 2004, then straight into Le Tour.

Of course I'll be rooting for anyone but lance
Specifically Big Jan.

If we ever get the chance, we'll watch a game in a Sports Bar while I'm drunk.

You think I can be mean to a blackjack dealer, just get me in a crowded bar with Laker fans.
