Rodman coming back!!?!?

I was just watching the videos from Espn Motion and one of them was Dennis Rodman saying he plans on playing next year. That he will be training in camps this summer. The teams he named that he wants to play for were:

LA, San Antonio, Dallas, Sacramento, and NY.

I can't believe that he is basketball condition... Oh well.. Will definately make the NBA more interesting!

They had a reality show on Rodman before the beginning of this season. He was trying to get with Dallas, Denver or Miami. Obviously nothing came out of it. With his age and reputation it's seriously unlikely he'll make it back into the league. He can't seem to kick the partying habit, even at 41 (or whatever he is now).

He wants to play for a winner, but I doubt a winner wants him. San Antonio and LA (Phil) know what Rodman is like and I doubt they want to deal with him again. A team that wants some help filling the seats might ask for his services though.

If he could ever get his act together, he would be a great addition to any team needing a great rebounder and defender. I still think that if the Lakers couldn't get Malone, Rodman would have been just as effective (and probably cheaper, too).

He's 41 years old. There are plenty of other people in the league that are at his level in the rebounding department and won't give you any issues outside the lines and will actually give you some offense. He's old, washed up, and not very valuable to any team -- let alone a title contending team.

Keep the worm out of the NBA. Let him be a circus clown for another league.

Not coming to Dallas for sure. He pissed off Cuban when he was living in Cuban's guest house.

Yep, and he made a complete fool of himself on The Best Damn Sports Show trying to sell himself as worthy to play NBA basketball again.

He's been playing in a league down in Long Beach, I'm not sure how well he's been doing though. At last he's keeping active.

Disagreed. Even if he could get his act completely together (not gonna happen, but let's pretend), he's got nothing left. Dude is OLD and has been out of the league a long time. He'd be a liability on the floor at this point.

I think he said on Howard Stern this morning that a team has already picked him up. Didnt mention the team though, although he said they were a definte contender.
