Dodgers have won 1 out of their last 9, and their still first. I love the NL West.

Hey Dark Elf- Thanks for putting together these threads each day. Its nice to get everything in one place, rather than having to dick around on espn.com for ten minutes.

I can't believe the Mets are at .500 after 44 games. I would have never thought that would happen this year.

Two televised games. What a crappy day. I checked EI's most updated schedule, and they've not added anything else yet.

I'm thinking that the Astros don't want Tim Redding to be the one pitcher standing in the way of a 4 game sweep, regardless of the fact that he's cut his ERA in half over the last few starts.

Dweeb gives up 3 runs after walking the first 2 batters of the inning. 3-0 Florida. Sweet. Keep scoring runs on this over hyped piece of crap pitcher!

Actually and statistically he's better than Dongtrelle in every category. It doesn't surprise me that you can't see that.

The 7 Runs, 7 Hits, and 5 BBs in 5 1/3 are going to hurt some of those statistics though. Webb drops to 2-4 on the season with a 13-5 loss.

I am not stating it won't. But, if you look at the raw statistics, Webb has been and always will be better than Dontrelle.

We should do a rookie of the year count to see what pitcher is better. Since ROY is based on popularity and all.

As for "has been" sure I'll agree with you. As for "always will be" why don't we give them both 10 years to figure that one out for sure

F'ing bullshit. Umpires just threw out Angels pitcher John Lackey after he barely hit a Toronto blue jay. NO WARNING - and the Jays pitchers have already hit three angels. Talk about bullshit...

Just to clarify, the ball didn't even hit him - and why would you intentionally hit someone with the count 1-2?
