And BTW, we had exactly 42,000 fans at the game on Sunday, not 4200.

Lets take a vote. Who wants to replace our baseball talk today with posts of players' wives?

Jose Lima's wife is the perfect example of the kind of woman you can get when you have money.

Or she is the perfect example of what you can do to your woman when you have money.

Those uppity-****ing Cubs need to be brought back down from Earth.

Who would have ever thought that the NL Central would be the most competitive division in MLB?

The Twins are still in first. And the Cardinals...yep, they are still looking up at first.

Wow! Have the Cubs finally figured out that they can't abuse their young pitchers?

The Cubs will monitor Wood's pitch counts in future starts after he experienced tightness in his right tricep in his last start. Wood has thrown more than 100 pitches in five of his seven starts, including a 131-pitch outing April 17.

That's the one knock on the Cubs in general. They run their horses out there for way too many pitches.

Vinny Castilla hit a walk off 2-run HR against Philly to win 7-6. The Phils were up 6-0 in the 7th.
