Maybe the Redbirds won't get manhandled by Milwaukee this time around.

I hope the Twins kick the shit out of KC.

I wonder how many chances Lima will get before the Tracy brings up Jackson. Once Shuey gets back, he could experiment with Dreifort or Alvarez or something, although that would leave Martin as the only L reliever and Dreifort is doing pretty well as a releiver and can bring him best stuff for the few innings he's in the game, like how Gagne's doing now.

Loaiza's pitching again so hopefully the Sox can drudge up a victory against Tampa Bay. And if I want to refer to his pitching as lovely again, I'll do so (if the stupid NBA announcers can call a jump shot pretty, I can use the word lovely)

??? Did look to see who he is pitching against??? The Mets.

They had the bases loaded in the 3rd nobody out, Piazza up, and ofcourse NO RUNS scored.

And Jae Seo is looking as terrible as always.

Bet price. Meaning, for every $1 I bet, I get $1.65 back. Just another way of reporting odds.

A line of +100 means "bet $100 to profit $100". Bet price here is 2.00. -- $100 bet puts $200 in my pocket.
A line of -200 means "bet $200 to profit $100". Bet price here is 1.50. -- $200 bet puts $300 in my pocket.

Yeah, the Mets messed themselves up more than Maddux pitching great. But I'll take a win for Maddux. 10 more wins and he'll be at 300.

Actually Seo looked pretty good on the mound, except for the 2 HRs he gave up. He only gave up 2 other hits in the 6 innings that he pitched.

yeah, Seo rebounded a little to not look terrible.

When I posted it was shortly after the homeruns AND two walks in a row on 8 pitches. And Seo is/was known all of last year for his control and NOT walking many batters, I think he had a few game streak without any walks.

Okay, that makes more sense. Yeah, based on his first three innings, he wasn't looking good at all.

Anyway, [blasphemy]gonna stop watching baseball and go watch some NBA on ESPN now[/blasphemy].
