how good are seats that radio stations hand out (O's opening game questions)

i was planning to try to be the 9th (or 10th caller, what ever the number is) on 98 rock to get opening day tix to the o's game. I was wondering if radio stations in general give out good tickets or do they give out the nose bleeds?

I have won a few things on the radio and they have always been "decent."

As far as baseball goes, it will probably be mid-level if you won tickets.

Does 98 Rock have anything to do with the Orioles? I would imagine that if they had a partnership with them, they could get better seats. If they don't have any relationship with them, the seats will probably be mediocre at best. And I would assume that if they were front row or something like that, the station would have mentioned it.

Unless the station says something specific about them, just expect them to be "tickets". By that, I mean they won't be anywhere near the front row, but you probably won't be sitting in another zip code either. They will just be average seats.

Radio stations tend to get two types of seats. They get everyday, run of the mill seats, and they get a lot of these. Then, they will sometimes get two or four exceptionally good seats (front row, center). Those exceptionally good seats will either go to someone who works there, or if they are given out on the air, they will make it a point to mention how good they are.
