I've got Ok State and UConn facing off in the final in my pool, so needless to say these are the two important games for me this weekend OSU has to win for me!! A Uconn upset ultimately wouldn't hurt me though, as the others up at the top with me all have them going too...a couple have them winning, so in that sense I guess Bama rolling on would even help a little....but i'd rather have the satisfaction of picking the right teams in the final...

so GO COWBOYS!!!

GO HUSKIES!!

SCREW BAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No doubt in my mind Uconn will take this one. As far as St. Joe's * OSU...real tossup. I do like the +3/5 however.

Let's go Cowboys and Huskies!

If St. Joe's gets past Oklahoma State I'll be surprised.

I got OKSt at 1.5 late Thursday night (was -2, bought the half point), so now I'm contemplating buying the half point the other way and taking St. Joe's +4 for a hopeful middle

I imagine it would be tough to shoot a free throw without feeling in one's arm.

This is shaping up to be a good day: Wings shut out the Avs, and my runner up is on its way to victory....and my champ is poised to take out St. Joes...hopefully

Other than a slow first 3 minutes of their first game (I think they were down 7-1) - UConn has certainly been impressive the whole way so far

Around noon, I typed up a post about how boring today would be. We'd wait all day for the UConn game to start only to be disappointed after they built up a 20-point first half lead, at which point we'd wait another couple hours for a real game. Being overly superstitious and having UConn winning it all, I quickly deleted the post so as not to jinx them. And here I thought I might have been exagerating by saying "20 points."

I wish i would have been informed earlier, I wouldn't have played the 1st half under

to paraphrase the old SNL sketch about the other team in Wilt Chamberlain's 100 point game: "OK, who's guarding Anderson?"

I had UConn -5 first, half, but only for $10

If anyone wants to make some money during the game, check out bet365.com

I managed to bet on UConn -8.5 a couple times, and Over 142.5 three of four times.
