Sad way to end an otherwise fantastic game.

I'm still wondering what was up with that attempted 3. That was a very ugly shot, especially considering they had time left to find a better one.

both of these 2nd games have been pretty good.

Unbelievable tip-dunk by the Nevada player.

For Illinois to only be down 1 against Duke with Augie and Williams on the bench with 2 fouls for about half the first half is amazing. Hopefully they can hit some shots in the 2nd half.

Neither team is playing as well as they can.

If we somehow win this game, we may not have enough players left to compete in the next round.

I like how they are letting them play in the duke/Illinois game. I've seen a number of instances where a petty touch foul is usually called, and here it is just "play on"

Updates? Um ... players diving all over the floor and catching elbows like crazy. Very hard-fought (and injury prone) game from both sides -- although Tech's been hurt more by the injuries. Ouch ... Jack just hit the deck on a wet spot on a fullspeed fast break.

Tech up by 2 with 5:30 to go. Great game. Marvin Lewis has picked up a lot of the slack from the loss of Elder.

Make that up 5.

Oh and good luck on block/charge calls when you play the Dookies. Of course, I'm not complaining this round.

Nevada must have some special power to get the refs to call a carry on the other team. That's twice in this tourney
