BTW, the pitching matchups are suspect since other sports sites have a few variances.

Let's see if the white sox's bats don't dry up, as is the norm after a severe clubbing of a team.. 6 Homers yeserday against the yanks. YIKES.

Oh yeah, let's go Anaheim, beat the twinkees.

Come on, Redbirds!!! Woody you need to get that elusive 15th win - maybe you can get some run support this time around.

Go Twins!

He's only going for 12. Sorry, the Cardinals only count for 1 win. Oh, you mean Woody Williams.

looks like the braves decided not to bother taking any chance with a 14 game lead..
better to let him just kick back and relax for awhile and get ready for the playoffs..
definitly better than destroying his arm trying to chance the record

it also rules when he is your catcher (just threw out a would-be base stealer)...

I agree. If I was Frank I would have been giving that tub of crap the finger as I rounded the bases after everything Wells said about Frank when he was here.

And Robbie with a double. 9-2.

We have a hell of a pitching match-up at Busch right now. Cubs lead the 'Birds 1-0 heading into the bottom of the 7th.

Come on, Cardinals!!! Let's get this crap over w/ and take over control of first place!

I can't agree more. It's so good to see wells have a quality outing like he gave the sox everytime he pitched.. Which wasn't much cause he was so obese at the time he was always hurt..

Love seeing robby hitting another homer, that guy is tearing it up.. What's that 2 with the sox.

Looks like those sox are one step closer to sweeping like I predicted.. huh zuffy
