I think that myself and 4 of my buddies could take any WBA team's starting five.

Up next, cdollaz and 4 of his buddies in a grudge match against Klitschko 1 & 2, Tua, Rahman, and Tyson ...

I know i'm gonna get majorly flamed for this but, Shaq is not an a**hole or a jerk or an idiot, he's a great player and doesn't deserve all the flaming he's getting...That i will soon get.

The Portland Trail Blazers kick ass!

Sports are not fan entertainment, they are a show of athletic skill, speed, toughness, or all three. If you only appreciate one aspect of a game (home runs, scoring goals, touchdowns, dunks) or a peripheral result of the competition (fights, trash talk, etc.), then you are not deserving of the sport. If you require "entertainment," then go watch wrestling. If you ever tell me that a sport is "boring", it simply means that you do not have the intelligence to appreciate it.

With that said, baseball is a complete abhoration of it's true nature, and has turned into a shameful pander to the fan.

Why is it that Bobby Knight is forever known as the coach that choked a kid, but Latrell Sprewell is no big deal?

If the U.S.'s best athletes played soccer, we would win the World Cup every time. And don't give me that "different skill set" crap. If our best athletes had focused on soccer their entire lives, they would be just as skilled in soccer as they are in their respective sports.

Every school is guilty of recruiting violations every year. It is just a cat and mouse game to see who will and won't get caught.

The NBA will be the first major sporting league to be brought to trial for being "fixed."

My unpopular opinion is as follows:

Hockey is a much better sport than Baseball. It's fast-paced, keeps you on your toes, has fullbody contact and yet is less watched than baseball. Why don't you fools realize this?

Umm, sir, this is NOT a joke thread.

Nascar is the dumbest sport ever. Driving around an oval woo hoo! It's easy and dumb because the people watch it are of low education/no education and can't stand watching anything complicated.

Curling is almost fun. Almost.

If golf is a sport, then chess is too.

Tennis sucks.

Here are my thoughts:

1.) NASCAR Racing sucks and if that could be called a sport than they better put Raw and Smackdown results in the paper.

2.) Kobe Bryant is the most over f'n rated basketball player in the NBA.

3.) Hockey and Baseball are only worth watching once the playoffs start.

4.) College Athletes should get paid.

5.) The Pacers are easily the best team in the Eastern Conference and Reggie Miller WILL easily make it to the hall of fame.

6.) Deion Sanders will make the Football Hall of Fame

7.) Tyson will still go down as one of the greatest if not THE greatest boxer of all time.

NBA players suck. Bunch of big babies making a lot of money and can't act professional except for a few.

Hockey is boring but soccer is one of the most boring game to watch. I'd rather watch golf.

Speaking of Golf, they should just combine men and women in the same league or "association" and let them go at it.

Professional players are not to blame for how much money they make, we are.

we are somewhat responsible by continuing to support the league by going to the games. with those ridiculous ticket prices, the owners can afford to pay the players what they do, especially since a lot of the new stadiums are funded with public tax dollars.

but we aren't responsible for the clippers salaries, since donald sterling keeps all the money to himself.

Nascar blows, Nascar truck series blows harder. Baseball is a bunch of crap. Basketball is too much fancy, not enough heart, and hockey was all that I had left because I don't care for football and can't get enough soccer and rugby in the US to satisfy me, and the NHL is turning into a civ.

Also, SCREW NEW YORK. The New York teams are what is wrong with sports (particularly baseball and hockey).

Revenue sharing among teams is NOT a bad thing. Keep it equal; spread the wealth and the talent; it makes for a MUCH better sporting experience for the fans and players (**** the owners).

I'm talking to you, Bud!

Shaq is one of the most overrated players in the NBA. If the refs actually called a foul when ever he threw his huge a$$ into someone or lowered his shoulder into an opponets chest and drove them back he wouldn't play 5 min a game.

Rythmic Gymnastics is quite interesting, as is Synchronized Swimming.

Ok, I don't actually believe that.

It goes much further than that. Merchandise, TV, etc... The fact of the matter is that we are COMPLETELY responsible for the ridiculous salaries.

Adding...

- NASCAR BLOWS Worst "sport" EVER!
- The only reason to watch Golf is Tiger Woods.
