What a finish to the Indiana-Kentucky basketball game--

Kentucky scores to go up by one then Indian drives to the basket and their player is hit by his own teammate, IU coach Mike Davis wanted a foul and he absolutly goes off, runs out on the court and gets right in the ref's face and it T'ed up twice to cost Indiana any chance to win

As an Illinois fan that was

Davis is a good coach but as a person he's a tool. When he's not crying about how the world is trying to screw him he's doing stuff like this.

and its not like the ref was quick on the trigger
that ref gave davis every possible chance to cool off.. but mike basically begged for a double techincal and for the game to be over

Saw clips of that on Sportscenter, when he made his apology, he said something like disgracing the organization or something

I've been a Mike Davis supporter from Day 1.
But not a Mike Davis apologist.

What he did was stupid, childish, selfish, idiotic and absurd.
He mas a complete ass out of himself with a national TV audience watching and completely slammed the door on any chance Indiana had to pull that game out.

I felt sick watching that and even more so when the replays showed there was not the contact Davis was complaining about. Honestly, I thought he was going to push that official to the floor. Had he done that he would have been done.

At least he apologized in his press conference. I was afraid he would use that platform to complain more and deflect the attention away. He made a HUGE mental mistake and it cost his players. Hope he learns from this because it's not going to get any easier now when it comes to officials.
