Well i've had 3 years of my team winning. Where you have always been left at the alter. Giants, trailblazers, seattle, etc... How do you deal with losing so often DTSC? Because this is a new experience for me. Help a brother cope with cheering for a losing team DTSC.

What's their record? 10-18? Are they even going to make the playoffs??

It's a good time to be a Laker hater. Go Kings!!

Edit: Oh, and please no "remember last year" jokes. The Kings should've won game 6, no doubt about it. What was up with those refs???

You get used to it!

Although, it's not so bad. The Blazers have been to the playoffs every year for 18-19 years in a row now. The Giants have been playoff caliber for most of the 90's and 00's. Seattle has been very successful since '95. The 49ers have won 5 titles in my life.

So while my teams haven't won anything recently, it's always nice to have them realistically have a shot at a title. The Blazers, Giants, and Mariners have all been really close in the last 5 years.

Seems that people have forgotten that the Lakers got bad calls in game 5 and probably should have won it.

Anyway,

Blazers, Spurs, Kings: Shoulda shoulda shoulda.

Lakers: Did, did, did (2000, 2001, 2002).

Good one!

At least it's the recent past. We don't have to go back to Bill Walton.

Lakers: The Once (and Fourteenth) and Future Champs.

I was thinking the same thing. I would think there would be Celtics thread by now - better record this year and more champoinships then the LA (who also count Minn) Lakers.

I was gonna say, the Lakers don't deserve a Part 2 thread, but this is acceptable

Toronto without Vince is a glorified ABA team. And the Lakers are still only winning by 4 as I type this.

Didn't realize the game was actually on now and in the fourth quarter.

Pathetic indeed. 3 point lead now.

From a 5 point lead with 1:10 left to overtime. The Lakers can find a way.

What's going on? Rick Fox takes 5 straight Laker shots, misses four and finally makes one. He must have managed to catch a pass.

You had to rely Lindsey Hunter missing two free throws at the end just to win.

You guys are seriously hurting and it makes no sense why. It's not like LA had major roster moves in the off-season.

I assume after he missed the first he deliberately missed the second so that the Raptors had a chance to get the rebound and make a two pointer to tie as there were just two seconds to go.

I'm as confused as you.

That's gotta be a first!
