Instead of getting Kansas/Oregon i'm going to be stuck with Duke/Michigan. This game will probably be over in the first five minutes.

I guess this game was really important since they felt the need to mention it twice.

Texas is pulling away from GW now - up 9 with 2 min left. Typical Big-12 team - very tough and physical.

That's IUPUI, isn't it? Or maybe even IPFW?

Man the Terps are playing terrible today. The Irish aren't doing anything special but the Terps can't buy a basket today. Torin Francis is playing great for the Irish. He looks like he's a two year player.

Yeah - they really stunk up the joint today. Worst performance I've seen from the Terps since they lost to FSU at home 2 seasons ago.

Right you are, but in that case IUPUI would do.

Terps couldn't buy a bucket tonight. The defense was nothing to write home about, and Tahj Holden is still sleepwalking out there. On the bright side, Caner-Medley really showed a lot of hustle, and Jamar Smith played like beast when Gary finally put him in. Which begs the question - what did he do to put him in Gary's doghouse? He's barely played the last two games.

Kansas drops another one to fall to 3-3.
Kentucky routs UNC.

Hope UK used up most of that energy today and has nothing left 12/21

If he had stayed, he would have one, too. He didn't, and he doesn't.

I don't necessarily believe that at all. The Terps had great chemistry and the perfect rotation last year. Who is to say that an unhappy Miller (and he would have been unhappy coming off the bench) would not have changed any of that.

Plus Miller gets to go to ND now instead of Maryland j/k

Wow, Notre Dame beat #2 Texas today in the final! They beat 3 top-10 teams this week (marquette, maryland, texas) They've never beaten 3 top-10 teams in a season!

Not to take anything away from Notre Dame - they've done a great job so far - but I think it's a little too early to put much stock in top 10 rankings. I think the Terps were rather overrated at #8, and Texas didn't show me a whole lot this weekend. Marquette doesn't play another ranked team until March, so who knows how good they are.

Suffice it to say that Notre Dame deserves some credit.
