I'm looking into possibly purchasing a set of seats/lifetime rights... pretty steep $$$ for the quality seats. (football)

Just curious if anyone here has ever held seat rights for any sporting teams?

How do you get lifetime tickets, anyway?

Out here in the Bay Area... you either get on a 2-year waiting list for upper endzone rights, or you purchase seat rights from someone who is selling theirs.

I'm finding that decent seats (from the 35 yard line in) run anywhere from $3500 per seat on up.

A little pricey... but you can make your money back on selling the tix to some of the big matchups throughout the season.

PSLs for the new Padres ballpark are a one time fee. That fee is just to have the right to own the seats. You still have to actually pay for the tickets too...

That money is just for the seats 'rights'... you still need to fork over $60 per seat, per game, per year. 10 home games or so.
