Angels will probably be the sentimental favorite since they usually suck, haven't won a World Series, and lots of people hate Barry "Big Head" Bonds, but I'm rooting for the Giants (though I consider them the other Bay Area team).

As a San Franciscan, I like the Giants to win. But, after watching the Ana-Min series, I'm not sure if the Giants and their fans have the momentum comparing with Anaheim. I still don't see how Giants bullpen can matchup with the Halos bullpen.

"Giants in 6"?? That's second person said that... Do you realize that Game 6 is in Anaheim along with roaring fans and Rally Monkey?

It doesn't matter where it is.

Roaring fans and a rally monkey can't hit a baseball over the fence -- just remember that.

So who has home field advantage?

Projected starting lineups and pitchers?

Who are the Gigantes using for DH?

Bonds can't carry Giants to win the World Series.

One more thing:

Do not underestimate the power of Rally Monkey.

Giants in 6 sounds good to me. The city I live in is roughly halfway betweeen both parks. About 210 to Anaheim and 225 to S.F.

And Barry couldn't help the Giants beat Atlanta, and he couldn't help the Giants beat St. Louis and blah blah blah.

Rally Monkey = stupid.

Most fans in attendance in Anaheim = bandwagon.

People that should be on the Angels' Christmas card list = Minnesota Twins, for somehow beating the Oakland A's, who would have made Anaheim their bitch.

McHawkson, are you an Angels fan or do you just not like the Giants? Just curious.

Go Giants!

Just a question for So Cal peeps... how much do you guys think it would cost to buy a scalped ticket for the cheapest section at Edison Field in Anaheim if I decided to drive down to So Cal to root for the Giants?

I pick the Angels. I really like this team but really though, 3/4 of this country doesn't care about a California series. Networks had to be pulling for St. Louis (who I thought would win it all).

Well, maybe a California series will get better ratings than the crappy New York series in 2000... at least its got the two major population areas, instead of just one city watching...

Is this the first time that both wild cards made it into World Series?
