Sterling Marlin To Miss Rest Of Season !

Sterling broke a vertebra in his neck during last weeks crash at Kansas last weekend.

He's out for the rest of the year. Jamie McMurray will drive the #40
Coors Light car for the remaining races.

It's too bad, he was the points leader for almost the entire season.

I don't like celebrating peoples' injuries....

But I don't like him (him, and Stewart, and Rusty, and Harvick....)

And I say... go 24 and 48. And 88 and 6.

I feel almost guilty...I cursed NASCAR, the whole season over Sterlin' being at the top of the point standings...I tried every amateur hex to put on him at the beginning of every race to make him lose and engine or crash...then It finally happens, the sumbich is out for the year...People used to ask me who I liked in the race, I would reply anybody but the 40...Should I feel guilty?

I thought his injury was residual from when he killed Dale Earnhardt at Daytona

Aw, c'mon ... I'm no fan of the #40, but that crash was not Marlin's fault. Jeez. Give it a rest already.

Actually, I could care less about it, I just like instigating others since I know this is a touchy subjuect, [sarcasm] although we may never know what "really" happened [/sarcasm]

With an extra to to show I was kidding!!
