Yep. Just found a new charge on my credit card. I canceled back in February over the phone. I can't believe I've got to deal with this again.

you know if you wanted to go through the trouble you could get them screwed and you could prolly sue. They can be fined up to $10,000 for sending a product and chargeing you for it without ever asking you or telling you they were going to send it to you.

Someone should sue this company and put them outta business, if I had the money I would.

In case you didn't realize it, you can get your credit card company to reject all charges from this company so you will not have to deal with the hassles of disputing them. I have had 6 unauthorized charges adn have sent back one dvd and kept five. I told my credit card company this, and since I didn't authorize the charges it idn't matter. Tell your CC company you will not be dealing wit this company that is trying to fraud you, and to not accept any charges from them.

That's why I don't deal with checkcards. Your level of protection is severely limited (and the consequences immediately felt) as compared to a true credit card.

Does anyone know if you can request ecount block charges as well? I hesitate to actually use my ecount account again for fear of having the money sucked away to a bogus MRA video charge.

MRA Video is the company that released the DVD called "Girls Gone Wild" (you may have seen their ad on late night TV). There was a thread in DVD Bargains that is kind of interesting to read:

http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...threadid=76069

There are several stages of the above thread, including:

1. People exited over buying two "Girls Gone Wild" DVDs for under $10;
2. DVDKrayzie pointing out how to scam MRA into sending you two orders for the price of one (didn't work though);
3. Lurker1999 pointing out the "preview additional DVDs each month" fine print.
3. People realizing that the Girls Gone Wild DVD really wasn't that good;
4. People realizing that when they purchaed the first DVD they were entered into a "club" thing, that they would have to cancel their membership to get out of it;
5. People realizing that even if you cancel your membership MRA Video keeps sending you stuff and automatically billing your credit card. Even if you cancel, they keep sending you stuff and billing you.

You know, I caught the irony of that one. Seriously, though, how was the DVD? If you could walk into a store and pay $12 (or however much you paid) for it, would you, knowing now what was on it? (that is, not having to put up with all of the MRA charges?
