ebay will usually have new, sealed copies for auction. And maybe half.com. But I don't know how their prices compare to your local target or best buy. When you're in Israel you don't have the advantage of a local B&M store to visit....

If you're buying a few games at a time, http://www.buyrite.net has really good game prices, but they charge a LOT for shipping on one or two items.

Check the online store forum for a post about Mplayer or somesuch. Failing that, the $5 off $10 coupons at Half.com result in some ridiculously good deals, if any coupons are active.

I got ready to rumble round 2 at target for 20 bucks. dont knock used games man some of the best flagship titles are for 20 bucks at some of these locations
Babbages
Funcoland
Target
Toys R Us
and if you know your area well enough usually most import stores carry great games at cheaper prices. if it used all it takes is a few swipes from a disc cleaner and everything works just fine. im living proof. Long live the DC!

renting DC games is cheaper
I just rent DC games. Why invest any more money in a dying console. I'll save my money for X-Box, thank you. Resistance is futile.
I use an online rental service. It's like Netflix for games. http://www.redoctane.com/orderg2.html
Very convenient. Games are sent to me in the mail. It takes a few days, which can be annoying. But with a couple of toddlers running around the house, I don't have time to drive to the store. Besides, no stores in my area rent DC games...at least not new releases. Blockbuster carries like 4 DC titles. And I'm sick of their late charges. I get games for my PS1 too through the same service.
I used this coupon code when I signed up -- DEALCH. Maybe it'll still work.

You can try http://www.videogamesavings.com for online deals. If you have a Best Buy around you, I know they have slashed prices on almost all of the DC titles (except the RPG's pretty much).
And I strongly advise staying far away from Buyrite Videogames. If you actually get what you ordered - great. But if you don't, or if they charge you incorrectly - which you stand a good chance of either happening - then you're screwed. Their customer service is terrible. And I'm not citing one odd incident, as I used to spend a lot of money with those folks...when they actually cared.
