Since one of the most highly visited forums will be the newly arrived Movies, Movies, Movies, I think it is silly to have to scroll down through things like International DVD, and Other Bargains to get to it. I think the forums should be somewhat listed in order of "importance". My suggestion is that the General Discussions be moved up, just below the DVD Discussions, placing the Shopping and Exchange and Hardware forums just below it. Not a major problem, but I think it would help to organize things a little.

The forum front page is fine, as the forums are grouped by category. However, in the drop down menus the forums should be listed in order of most traffic to least traffic.

Would "Other" than take it's rightful place first on the page?

I'd say 2nd, because I don't see how any forum can be before the DVD Talk forum on the menu. After all, that's the site's namesake forum.
