Okay,
I had about 45 buckos in my paypal account, sopent $10 on renewing my DVDTracker account, yes I'm that lazy, and now I want to spend the rest on something. I can't find any decent merchants who take paypal as payment... was hoping someone may know of a few?!?

Yup... Yahoo auctions are free too, and a lot of people accept PayPal at Yahoo Auctions.
The best place to go to find great auctions deals is Bidder's Edge. It is like a mysimon.com of auction sites. You type in a simple search phrase, and it searches many auctions at once and displays the results of the auctions together. However, ebay sued them for doing this, so it can't display ebay auctions anymore, but it is still a really good site! Take a look for yourself!
Hope this Helps!
