Buy.com and DVDempire accept MO's, are there any others?

I don't know that there are too many yet, but my company, Achex (www.achex.com) allows people to pay at online stores from their checking accounts, so you don't need a credit card. Right now, bluelight.com is the only merchant online (you can find a couple coupons for them in the DVD Bargains section), but in the next couple months, Outpost.com and some other sites will be up as well.

Express and DVD Planet also accept MO's or checks. I would think that most places do, but don't take my word on that... most stores will have a Payment Methods section in their Help that state what they accept for payment.
