I just watched season one, and I loved it, except for everything to do with the ex-wife and daughter. They were insufferable --great to look at, but annoying as hell.

Can’t wait for this to start again. One of well one show me and dad can talk and agree upon. We have different tastes. He likes those NCISs’, Blue Bloods type stuff. But we have this and Tulsa King in common.

Good return. Too bad they doubled down on the stupid and crazy with daughter/mom though.

I really hoped they would tone that shit down, but it was even worse. The lady at TCU admissions was hilarious though. I liked the whole part at the lunchin and the short part with Sam Elliott was strong, but the scenes with mom and daughter are hard to watch and their cleavages can only do so much to distract me.

They don’t do any thing for the show. They make an otherwise pretty good show and stupify it. The whole college scene? So implausible. I know he paid money but the kid didn’t have a clue. Her and Larter are hurting the show imo. Hopefully more focus will shift when Elliot gets going. Him and Billy Bob, I’d say that was a great duo.

I find this show much more enjoyable when I fast forward through mom and daughter scenes. It worked like a charm this week. They do nothing to further the story and except for their looks are as vapid as one can be. They are so aggravating on the show it really knocks it down a peg. But, boy without them, it’s pretty damn entertaining. Billy Bob is just great. The son too. He brings the emotion to this show. All around good cast except aforementioned 2.

Off topic, Mayor of Kingstown season 4 is 7 weeks in, the season is almost over and surprised that no one else’s is keeping up with it. I have gotten backed up with shows, so I’m so behind.

Never seen it. Is it any good?

It’s in season 4. It’s one of Sheridan’s many shows. I like it. Jeremy Renner is great in it, but he’s an antihero, so that might be a turnoff for some. They added some new cast members this year. Edie Falco and Lennie James.

I’ma fan of Mayor of Kingstown as well. I’ve seen seasons 1-3 but haven’t started season 4 yet. I will eventually. Renner is awesome in it!

I just started season 2 of Landman. I’m two episodes in. I’m really enjoying it. The mother and daughter aren’t as annoying as they were last season and I’m not a fan of the son’s storyline with the widowed mother but it seems like things will getting interesting with his new business partner…

Billy Bob is great in every scene he’s in! I’m glad to see Sam Elliott in this. The single best acting I’ve ever seen from him was another Sheridan show, 1883. He gave an award worthy performance in it.

Watch last night episode and Kayla Wallace has a nice ass.

This show is really pushing the melodrama this season. It's entertaining in segments rather than as a whole.

I can't get past the casting of Tommy's son. All due respect to the actor playing the role, but dude is ugly as fuck but he has a super hot mom (and sister). Also no way a dude like that lands a girl like Ariana.

Billy Bob has got some great lines. "It's a lollipop, not a snow cone."

Billy Bob is this show. Without him this would be Dallas or Dynasty. He elevates it so much. Most of the other characters don’t really work for me, especially the bobsie twins. He’s the reason I watch. I like his oil finding kid too.

This season has been like a soap opera

It's so bad this season with the most recent episode being the worst. His wife. The maid. The Omelette

Sam Elliots addition has been worthless. Garcia and Demi hardly around.

But all that couples drama.

Just the worst.

Yeah, it's kind of feeling like a CW version of Dallas, but with less happening.
