movies that showed a girl getting a noogie in playful a manner?
Im researching it and wanna know which movies use it i think its more common in movies from the 70s to early 2000s i just need movies with it as itd take too long going through each show. by the way a noogie is when you rub your knuckles on someones head usually in a headlock.

Well, it's not a movie but the most famous example is Bill Murray and Gilda Radner on SNL. I think that was where I learned the word "noogie"

They talk about noogies in Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. Is that enough or do you need to see the noogies for your ......... research?

I guess I can’t swear by it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it happened on Pepper Ann at some point.
you can watch all related show with sibilings like slice of life, you can see scene where brothers doing this noggie. i had see this on craig of the creek, if i wrong.

Not sure about giving them to girls, but Nelson gave out noogies on The Simpsons.
